Happy Friday everyone! I’m back from my trip to South America and just wanted to share a quick announcement with you — I’m moving to Los Angeles! I’ll be working for an amazing marketing agency that serves clients in the travel industry.

As I’ve spent the last few years getting to know the city better while visiting my brother Sean who is studying at USC, Los Angeles has become one of my favorite places. There’s so many diverse things to see and do in the area, and the spirit of the city, fueled by all those dreamers and doers, really inspires me. Los Angeles is a place where anything seems possible, and I’m really excited to make it my next home base to grow professionally and continue on my quest of seeing the world. Despite living and working around the world for the past several years, I’ve always remained a California girl at heart so I’m beyond thrilled to be heading back to my home state!

Just because I’m no longer living abroad doesn’t mean I’ll stop sharing travel stories with you on Something In Her Ramblings. In the upcoming months you can expect coverage from my recent travels around Chile, Argentina and Uruguay, more insight into life as an expat in Costa Rica, as well as new stories from my adventures in Southern California.

In the meantime, you can get to know Los Angeles better with a look back at some of my favorite posts I’ve written about the area. Just click on the images below  and you’ll head straight to the story.
